VeloRun

Run smarter, not harder. VeloRun keeps you locked to your target pace with real-time haptic and spoken feedback — right on your wrist. No subscription. No complicated setup. Just set a pace and run.

📳

Haptic Feedback

Distinct haptic patterns for each zone — a firm buzz to slow down, a double tap to speed up, a success chirp when you're on target. React without even glancing at your wrist.

🗣️

Spoken Cues

Optional spoken coaching — "On pace", "Pick it up", "Ease off" — at a configurable interval from every 15 seconds to every 5 minutes.

🟢

Colour Zone Bands

A full-width colour band changes instantly — green when you're nailing it, blue when you're flying, amber or red when you're fading. Glanceable in a split second.

⚙️

Configurable Tolerance

Set amber and red zone thresholds as tight or loose as you like — from ±5 sec/km for precision racing to generous bands for easy training days.

📊

Post-Run Grading

Every run is saved to Apple Health with GPS route. A post-run summary grades your pace accuracy from S (perfect) to D — always know how disciplined your pacing was.

Watch Face Complication

Add the VeloRun complication to your watch face — see your target pace at a glance when idle, and a live zone indicator during runs.

No iPhone needed. Open VeloRun on your Watch and go.

Step 01

Set Your Target Pace

Open VeloRun on your Apple Watch and dial in your target pace in km/min or min/mile. Switch units at any time.

Step 02

Configure Tolerances

Set your amber and red zone thresholds — how far off pace before you get a nudge. Tighter for races, looser for easy runs.

Step 03

Start Running

Hit start and go. VeloRun compares your live GPS pace against your target in real time and alerts you the moment you drift.

Step 04

Feel the Feedback

Distinct haptic patterns tell you which way to adjust — no need to look at your wrist. Optionally, spoken cues keep you in the loop.

Step 05

Finish & Review

End your run to see your pace accuracy grade (S through D) and a summary. Your route saves automatically to Apple Health and Strava.

Step 06

Add the Complication

Long-press your watch face, tap Customise, and add the VeloRun complication for quick access and a live zone indicator during runs.

Does VeloRun need my iPhone with me? +
No — VeloRun is designed exclusively for Apple Watch and runs entirely on the watch. No iPhone required during your run.
Which Apple Watch models are supported? +
VeloRun requires watchOS 11.6 or later. Check the App Store listing for the most current compatibility details.
Does it sync to Strava? +
Yes — runs are saved to Apple Health with your GPS route, which then syncs automatically to Strava and any other fitness app connected to Health. No extra steps needed.
Can I use min/mile instead of min/km? +
Yes — VeloRun supports both km/min and min/mile. Switch between them at any time; your pace converts precisely using the exact ratio.
Is there a subscription? +
No — VeloRun is free with no subscription required.
What does the pace accuracy grade mean? +
After each run, VeloRun grades how closely you held your target pace — S is near-perfect, D means significant drift. It's a quick way to see if you're nailing your pacing discipline over time.
